About In Green

In Green was built on a simple belief: sustainability isn’t a trend—it’s a return to something more grounded and meaningful.

I work with businesses in food, sustainability, and local services to help them communicate in a way that feels clear, human, and aligned with how people want to live today.

That often means stepping back from traditional marketing language and focusing instead on story, trust, and connection.

Because when people understand what you do—and why it matters—they don’t just become customers. They choose you for a reason.

About Me

I’ve spent over 30 years in marketing and advertising, working with businesses to grow in practical, measurable ways.

Over time, I found myself increasingly interested in why certain messages actually resonate—why some businesses build real trust while others struggle to connect. That curiosity led me to study cultural history more deeply, eventually earning a doctorate focused on how ideas like food, land, and identity shape the way people think and make decisions.

That perspective has changed how I approach marketing.

I’ve come to see that the most effective marketing doesn’t feel like marketing at all—it resonates with something people already believe in or value, whether that’s trust, place, or a deeper sense of meaning

Today, my work brings those two paths together: practical, focused marketing grounded in a deeper understanding of what actually resonates with people and why.

There are so many ways to live and work in a more balanced and sustainable way.

Daily events such as the food we choose to buy and eat, or how we get from place to place via our transportation. Every consumer purchase decision and corporate strategy gives us an opportunity to pick a more balanced and sustainable way forward, and to increase our business ROI with sustainable practices. We can choose to do business in a more ethical, eco friendly way, maximizing positive environmental impact while we align our values with our marketing practices.

“The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.”
